Non-Judgement

Communication with Spirit requires awareness of the concept of judgement and the practice of the objective observer. Spirit is not capable of judgement.

 

Self-Awareness

Connection with Spirit requires the practices of self-awareness, self-inquiry, and self-acceptance.

 

Shadow Work

Connection with Spirit requires us to work to understand the parts of us that are acting unconsciously and to bring awareness and compassion to these parts.

 

Compassion

We are all connected, and in this way, we are asked to be compassionate towards all in healthy and balanced ways.
